EcoPoint launched plant for serial production of RVMs

November 6, 2024 – In the city of Volodarsk, Nizhny Novgorod region, EcoPoint has put a metalworking production facility into operation for the serial production of its reverse vending machines. Next to the RVMs, the plant will manufacture a wide range of auxiliary equipment, developed in-house, such as hand crushers for PET bottles and aluminum cans and automatic sorting modules.

This is a completely new, modern production facility equipped with numerically controlled high-precision machinery. There are sections for laser cutting, sheet metal bending, welding, powder coating, mechanical assembly and electromechanical work, as well as a center for rapid metal prototyping. The initial production capacity will be 100 units per month, with room for expansion.

As Anton Turchenko, the company's CEO, noted:

"In three years we set up an industrial enterprise absolutely from scratch. We designed, built, and equipped the plant, and assembled a team of professionals to run it. This is a big step in the development of our company. Having our own manufacturing location we can fully control the quality of our products, reduce delivery times to customers and keep a lid on production costs, allowing us to maintain the price of our products at a competitive level."
